FRIDAY

-Base camp will be set up (5 PM)

-Food provided as people arrive

-Evening discussion & presentations

Everyone is invited to contribute prints or digital images!

-Night photography workshop (weather permitting)
SATURDAY

-Early morning canoe shoot (sunrise 6:22)

-Breakfast at base cabin 8:00 AM

-Travel in club van: stops include Robertson Trading Post, Montreal River

-Soup & sandwiches for lunch (Base Camp)

-Travel in club van to Otter Rapids, Missinipe
SATURDAY EVENING

-B-B-Q at base camp

-Sunset photography (Sunset 7:32 PM)

-Discussion & daily shooting review

-Everyone is invited to contribute 20-30 of the days digital images for viewing
SUNDAY

-Breakfast at base cabin 8:00 AM

-Travel in club van to Bigstone Lake, float plane base

-Lunch at base cabin 1:30 PM

-Wrap-up and pack-up

SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT LIST
You will be able to bring ALL your equipment - we will never be far from the vehicles
- Camera and lenses     -A Tripod is a must     -Polarizer filter
-flash/reflector   -spare batteries
-Rain/cold weather clothing    -Hiking boots or sturdy shoes   -Extra dry footwear
-Bug spray   -Your usual outdoor extras   -Drinks and snacks

-This is a good time to try new filters, films, or techniques
WE WILL SHOOT REGARDLESS OF WEATHER SO PLEASE BE PREPARED!!

--REGISTRATION FEE WILL INCLUDE TOUR TRANSPORTATION,
ALL LISTED MEALS, presentations and instruction
AND ALL THE HELP WE CAN PROVIDE!

--“"Attendance package"” includes tour transportation, listed meals, presentations

--Cabins or camping fees NOT included

--“"Accommodation Package”" includes above plus 2 nights shared cabin accommodation (by gender)

“Door to Door” Service available; van pickup in P.A. Friday afternoon

and dropped off in P.A. Sunday afternoon

VAN LEAVES P.A. NO LATER THAN 2:30 PM

--Non-participants (spouses, children) are welcome to join us for the presentations and meals at camp

--Those wishing to attend Saturday only - join us at the cabins by 8:00 AM

--Non-participants (spouses, children) are welcome to join us for the presentations and
meals at camp; $40 for a weekend of great food!

Friday evening: Stew & buns
Saturday AM: Oatmeal, English muffins, fruit platter
Saturday lunch: Beef barley soup, ham salad sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches
Saturday BBQ: Burgers, smokies, salads
Sunday AM: Pancakes & sausage
Sunday lunch: Chili & buns
